Built between the 12th to the 13th centuries during the reign of King Suryavarman I onwards

The East Pond of the Angkor Thom Royal Palace is located immediately to the east of the Large Pond. It is 40 m long by 20 m wide, and like the Large Pond, is also lined with standstones.

How to go to the East Pond of the Royal Palace

Follow the directions to the Royal Palace, then find the ponds which is located next to the enclosure wall. The smaller of the two is the East Pond. I will try to provide you a map to make it easier to understand.
