It brings together three concepts: Human, Creativity, and the City. With this pavilion, the Poles want to show how they combine modernity with folk art, representing the creativity and imagination of the Polish people. The Poland Pavilion is in the form of a folded paper box that has been adorned with intricate paper cutting. During the day, the exhibition booths inside the pavilion is filled with light that filters in through the paper-cutting patterns.
