 Light Rail is the light rail transit (LRT) operated by the MTR Corporation of Hong Kong. It was originally one of the four systems of the Kowloon-Canton Railway, which merged with MTR Corporation in 2007.

The Light Rail began operations on 18 September, 1988. Today it has 68 stations over a distance of 36.2 km. It serves the northwestern part of the New Territories within Tuen Mun District and Yuen Long District.

Routes of the Light Rail

There are presently 12 routes on the MTR Light Rail system:
  1. Route 505
    Sam Shing - Siu Lun - On Ting - Town Centre - Tuen Mun ? - Kin On - Shan King (South) (to Siu Hong only) - Shan King (North) (to Siu Hong only) - Ming Kum (to Sam Shing only) - Shek Pai - San Wai - Leung King - Tin King - Kin Sang - Ching Chung - Kei Lun (to Siu Hong only) - Siu Hong

  2. Route 507
    Tuen Mun Ferry Pier - Siu Hei - Tuen Mun Swimming Pool - Goodview Garden - Siu Lun - On Ting - Town Centre - Tuen Mun - Ho Tin - Choy Yee Bridge - Ngan Wai - Tai Hing (South) - Tai Hing (North) - San Wai - Leung King - Tin King

  3. Route 610
