The Fukutoshin Line (F) 副都心線 is a subway line of the Tokyo Subway operated by Tokyo Metro in west-central Tokyo. It is the newest line of the Tokyo Subway which began operations in stages between 1994 and 2008 and is the last to be built by Tokyo Metro for the time being.

The Fukutoshin Line is the deepest metro line in the system, with an average depth of 27 meters, with the deepest at the Higashi-Shinjuku Station, where the line reaches a depth of 35 meters. It is the first line with express trains throughout the line.
