Shiba Park, Tokyo
Shiba Park is a park in Minato, Tokyo. A rather fragmented piece of green space in urban Tokyo, Shiba Park comprises a golf driving range as well as landscaped woods and water course. Also located within Shiba Park is Tokyo Tower, the tallest structure in Japan, and Zojo-ji, the family temple of the Tokugawas. Thomas Glower, the Scottish merchant of the 19th century, who was honored by Japan for his contribution in the modernization of the country, had his home in Shiba Park.
Getting there
Shiba Park is served by the Shiba-koen Station (I05) of the Toei Mita Line.
