Sam Seng Temple is a small shrine in Coloane, Macau. It is dedicated to the Three Divinities deity, comprising the imperial deity Hung Seng, Kwan Tai and Tam Kung. There is a temple dedicated to Tam Kung further down the road, which is Avenida Cinco de Outubro.

The bay in front of Sam Seng Temple was originally called Ka Ho Bay, after the village of Ka Ho. However, it has since been renamed Sam Seng Beach. There has been a shrine dedicated to the deity Hung Seng here since the 19th century. When it was reconstructed in 1883, the deities Kwan Tai and Tam Kung were added as patrons of the shrine.
