Sands Macao Casino Resort is a gambling recreational facility in the Outer Harbour area of Macau. It is owned and operated by Las Vegas Sands Corporation. It is the first casino in Macau owned by Las Vegas Sands.

Sands Macao Casino Resort opened on 18 May, 2004. It originally has a casino space of 165,000 square feet. This was increased to 229,000 square feet in 2006. The casino has 740 table games, the largest number of any casinos in the world, a figure used by Sands Macao to claim the title of biggest casino in the world.

On 28 August, 2007, Las Vegas Sands opened its second gambling facility in Macau, the Venetian Macao Resort Hotel on the Cotai Strip. With 800 gambling tables, it supercedes its sister facility as the biggest casino in the world.
