The Statue of Admiral Cheng Ho can be seen within the grounds of the Stadthuys. It is made of granite, and is said to be a life-style representation of the famous eunuch who commandered the Chinese fleet on voyages across the world.

The statue of Admiral Cheng Ho was erected to commemorate his arrival in Malacca in the 15th century, where he was said to have come into contact with the Sultan of Malacca.
