Strawberry Farms dot the main road of Cameron Highlands between the towns of Tanah Rata and Brinchang. Perhaps the best known is Strawberry Farm and Kasimanis.
In the farm that I visited, the strawberries are organically grown. Unlike the other strawberry farms, visitors are not allowed to go near the plants. A small patch is set aside for visitors to admire, but they are not allowed to enter the main farm area, as the strawberries will be damaged by human touch. These strawberries are grown without chemical fertilisers and also without the use of pesticides. For that reason, entry into the nursery is controlled.
Red, succulent strawberries are on sale at the farms as well as roadside market stalls in Cameron Highlands.
In addition to the organic strawberry farm, I also visited the "normal" ones. One of these has an "all-you-can-pluck" program, where you pay a small fee to enter the strawberry patch. I didn't find it to be a "profitable" activity, preferring to buy my own strawberries fresh from the roadside stalls!

View of the strawberry patch - we were not allowed in, I only photographed it from a gap.
