In Kuala Lumpur, you can find a large number of Chinese temples. This is because until quite recently, the majority of the people living in the city are Chinese. The inner city of Kuala Lumpur is where Chinatown is located, and here, you can find a number of Chinese places of worship. They may be Buddhist or Taoist, and some times, an amalgamation of both.

Here's a list of the Chinese temples in Kuala Lumpur that I have described.
  1. Sin Sze Si Ya Temple
    Also called the Yap Ah Loy Temple, this is one of the oldest Taoist temples in Kuala Lumpur, established by Kapitan Cina Yap Ah Loy.

  2. Thean Hou Temple
    Biggest Chinese temple in Kuala Lumpur.
