About the Gana
Gana is a small ethnic group in Sabah. They number around 1000, and live in the area around Keningau. They are also known as Ganaq, Keningau Dusun and Minansut. They are related to the Kadazan-Dusun group. Their language, Gana, is today rarely spoken, as the Gana are more likely to converse in Malay or Dusun.
