About Jahut

Jahut, also written Jah Hut, is an Orang Asli tribe in Malaysia. They are a subgroup of the Senoi living in Jerantut and Temerloh districts of Pahang, as well as in Selangor and Negri Sembilan. Like the Mah Meri, they are skilled woodcarvers.
