Jalan Bukit Bintang is one of the main shopping streets in Kuala Lumpur. It is named after the hill, Bukit Bintang, which is located in the area, and is today a prime commercial locality.

Jalan Bukit Bintang runs in an east-west direction starting at the junction with Jalan Tun Razak in the east, and ending at Jalan Pudu in the west. Along its route, Jalan Bukit Bintang passes through some of the major shopping malls and hotels of the city.

 Jalan Sultan Ismail intersects with Jalan Bukit Bintang. Roads that form junctions with it, from east to west, include Jalan Delima, Jalan Kampung, Jalan Imbi, Jalan Gading, Jalan Bulan and Lorong Pudu 14 all on the south side of Jalan Bukit Bintang, while Jalan Raja Chulan, Changkat Bukit Bintang and Jalan Tong Shin are on the north side.
