Jalan Mata Air is a road in the mukim of Ulu Melaka, Langkawi. It goes from the junction of Jalan Simpang Kenyum to the junction with Jalan Padang Matsirat. Along the way is the junction to Jalan Makam Mahsuri.

Jalan Mata Air is named after Kampung Mata Ayer. The name means spring (as in water coming out of the ground) in Malay.
