About Karak
|
Karak is a town in Pahang. It was the terminus of the Karak Highway and a rest stop for motorists driving between Kuala Lumpur and the East Coast. The highway has since been improved into the Kuala Lumpur-Karak Expressway (E8). Most of the traffic going to Karak continues on the East Coast Expressway (still E8) to the East Coast of Malaysia.
