The Khoo Genealogical Chart is arranged in the form of a five-worded poem. A clasnman who is named with the middle character following the chart's sequence can be easily traced as to which generation he belongs to. For example, Khoo Kay Poh with the middle name Kay can be said to belong to the 21st generation.
