King George V Silver Jubilee Rotary Home for Destitute Boys, Ipoh
King George V Silver Jubilee Rotary Home for Destitute Boys was a home run by the Ipoh Rotary Club in the early part of the 20th century for orphans and homeless boys. The house, which dates to the early part of the 20th century, was to have been demolished for river widening, but was spared to be made the Home of Destitute Boys. It was named in commemoration of the Silver Jubilee of King George V and Queen Mary in 1935.
Today the home is used as the base of the Perak Youth Club.
