The Malacca Sultanate Palace, or Istana Kesultanan Melaka, is a museum housed in a reconstruction of the purported palace during the Malacca Sultanate. The architecture and design of the palace is said to have been based on the palace of Sultan Mansur Shah, who reigned from 1456 to 1477, at the height of the Malacca Sultanate.
