About the Mangka'ak
Mangka'ak is a tribe living in Sabah. They are found mostly in the Sandakan, Labuk-Sugut and Kinabatangan districts. There are about 20,000 of them as of 2000. The Mangka'ak are regarded as a subgroup of the Kadazan-Dusun people. Their language is dying off, as many Mangka'ak people have adopted the use of Malay in their everyday speech.
