The Masjid Al-Manar of Taman Tamadun Islam, Kuala Terengganu, is a replica of an Islamic monument in Central Java, Indonesia. Masjid Al-Manar is one of the oldest mosques in Indonesia. It was built in 1549, around the time that Islam arrived in Java. The mosque also enshrines the remains of Sunan Kudus, one of the nine Muslim saints of Java. As such, it is a popular local pilgrimage site.

The design of Masjid Al-Manar reflect elements of pre-Islamic architectural forms. These include the split doorways reminiscent of Balinese temples, an old Javanese design that has remained in Bali. The red brickwork of the mosque is of Majapahit style. The three-tier roof is another Hindu-Buddhist architectural style adopted by the mosque.
