Melaka Mall is a shopping mall along Lebuh Ayer Keroh leading towards Melaka Town. It is on the opposite site of the road from AEON Bandaraya Melaka and the Malacca City Hall (Dewan Bandaraya Melaka). The anchor tenant at Melaka Mall is Parkson Department Store while Cold Storage runs the supermarket there. Cinema operator MBO runs a 7-screen cineplex with a total seating of 1,200.

Melaka Mall is an incarnation of an earlier shopping centre, Kotamas, which was initially successful, but deteriorated over the years to finally close down in 2005. After a period of hibernation, the site underwent a massive facelift under the management of state-owned Melaka Sentral, and reopened as Melaka Mall.
