Muzium Kelantan (Map) is the state museum of Kelantan at Kota Bharu. The colonial-style structure was built in the 1930's and functioned as the Kota Bharu Land Office. It was later used as the Kota Bharu Town Council building until 1990, when it was renovated to be the Kelantan Museum.

The opening of Muzium Kelantan was officiated by the Sultan of Kelantan on 6 August, 1990. The museum displays exhibits relating to the history of Kelantan and its culture. Among the cultural artifacts on display are shadow puppets for wayang kulit performances and musical instruments for mak yong.
