Pantai Bisikan Bayu which means "Beach of the Whispering Breeze," is a beach in Kelantan. It is also known as Pantai Dalam Rhu (Inner Casuarina Beach).

Located about 50 km south of Kota Bharu in the Pasir Puteh District, Pantai Bisikan Bayu is at Semerak village, near the estuary of Sungai Semerak, about 16 km from the town of Pasir Puteh. It is a short distance from Kuala Besut in Terengganu. The the waves are quite gentle as they come to shore. As it faces east, you can get nice sunrise in the morning.
