The Penang State Assembly Building, or Dewan Undangan Negeri Pulau Pinang, is a public building built in the Anglo-Indian classical style. It used to be the Recorder's Courts and Magistrate's Courts, and formed part of the Central Police Station.

The State Assembly Building was built in the early 19th Century, and renovated in 1874. An administrative block, now the Immigration Building, was added in 1890.
