Plaza Angsana is a sprawling shopping complex in Johor Bahru. It is located at the junction of Jalan Tampoi with Jalan Skudai, about 3 km from the city centre. The anchor tenant is UO Superstore, formerly UDA Ocean. Other tenants include The Body Shop, Watsons, Guardian Pharmacy, McDonald's, KFC, Pizza Hut, Kenny Rogers Roasters, among others. Also located in Plaza Angsana is Badan Bookstore, a bookshop specialising in Malay language titles. The mall has five storeys of parking space, charged at RM1.00 per entry. The patrons of Plaza Angsana are mostly Malays, as are the shopkeepers.
