Plaza Kotaraya is a shopping complex in Johor Bahru. It is located at Jalan Trus, next to the Puteri Pan Pacific Hotel. It caters mostly to Malay shoppers.

Plaza Kotaraya is one of the places to stretch your money. Plaza Kotaraya is the place to shop for apparel, fabrics, costume jewellery, electrical goods, cosmetics, shoes, household items, among others. The anchor tenant is Kamdar Department Store, which specialises in low-priced goods for the budget shopper. The top floor of Plaza Kotaraya is a foodcourt where you can try the Malay food of Johor Bahru. The shopping centre gets quite crowded especially during the weekend when shoppers from Singapore come over to bargain hunt.
