Pulau Ibul is a small islet to the east of Pulau Tinggi. It is in the South China Sea off the east coast of Johor. There is a village on the island, Kampung Pulau Ibul. On the whole, the island of Pulau Ibul is quite inaccessible, unless you are prepared to hire a boat to take you there.
