About Pulau Mamutik
Pulau Mamutik is the smallest island in Tunku Abdul Rahman National Park in Sabah. Despite its size, it has good beaches and offshore, excellent coral reefs. Facilities at Pulau Mamutik is quite basic: there is a 3-bedroom resthouse for rest, and staff quarters for the ranger station. For day-trippers, there are changing rooms, and a picnic spot with tables. The island has fresh water and power supplies.
Getting there
Arrange with boat operator at the Kota Kinabalu Ferry Terminal. A return fare to Pulau Mamutik should be around RM17 per person. You can also charter a boat for around RM200-RM250. There are also island-hopping tickets for RM27 (2 islands), RM37 (3 islands) and RM47 (4 islands).
