About Rainforest Discovery Centre

The Rainforest Discovery Centre, or RDC, is a forest research facility in Sepilok, Sandakan. It is about 1 km from the famous Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre, in the Kabili-Sepilok Forest Reserve. At the centre, you can explore the canopy of the rainforest trees by going through the canopy walk. It is a great place to view the birdlife of the rainforest, since you are so far up from the ground.

Entrance fee is RM10 for visitors outside Malaysia. For those holding MyKad, the fee is RM5.00 while for children between 5-17, it is RM2.00
