RapidKL Ampang Line or Laluan Ampang is one of the two light rail transit lines operated by RapidKL. It comprises one major line which branches out into two sublines. The main line starts from Sentul Timur LRT Terminal and goes to Chan Sow Lin LRT Station. From there, it forks into two branches, one ending at Ampang LRT Terminal and the other at the Sri Petaling LRT Terminal.

All the stations on the Ampang Line are either above ground or at grade. There are no underground stations. The Ampang Line was originally known as STAR LRT until it was taken over by Syarikat Prasarana Negara Berhad, the infrastructure company belonging to the Ministry of Finance, and management of the line was transferred to RapidKL.

In the table below, the RapidKL Ampang Line is colour coded orange.

In August, 2006, it was announced that the Sri Petaling line will be extended to reach the suburb of Puchong. After years of studies, construction of the line is expected to begin in 2010, and the line is due for completion in 2012.

In preparation for the extension, the Station Codes for the Ampang Line have been revised. The current Station Code is SP13 (Sri Petaling) to SP31 (Sentul Timur). The Station Code for the branch is numbered from Ampang, with AG1 and ends with Miharja (AG7). Chan Sow Lin LRT Station is the interchange between the two branches of the line.
