Sultan Yahya Petra Bridge (Map) is the bridge across the Kelantan River. It links Kota Bharu on the east bank with Wakaf Bharu on the west. The bridge was built between 1967 and 1969. It was designed by the Malaysian Public Works (Jabatan Kerja Raya). Contractor for the project was Lim Goh Tong, whose company also built the Genting Highlands resort.

The Sultan Yahya Petra Bridge carries Route 134, also known as Jalan Kota Bharu-Pengkalan Kubor.
