About the Tobilung
Tobilung, or Dusun Tobilung, is a subgroup of the Kadazan-Dusun of Sabah. They are noted for their knowledge of traditional medicine. The Tobilung people live in places such as Kampung Toburon in Kota Belud. The majority of them are rice farmers living in bamboo houses on stilts. Their traditional healers or shaman are called bobolian.
