Wang Kelian is a border town in Perlis. It is located on the Malaysia-Thai border. It is one of the northernmost towns in Malaysia, and is located in the state of Perlis.
There are many attractions in Wang Kelian to suit different tourist segments. The town itself is famous for its Sunday Market, a place where traders from Southern Thailand would come to sell their wares. This is frequented mostly by local tourists looking for bargains. The quality of goods is on par with that to be expected at other Malaysia-Thai border towns including Bukit Kayu Hitam and Padang Besar.

Wang Kelian State Park is located here. This 1000-hectare park sits on the Nakawan range, the longest limestone hill range in Malaysia. Within the Wang Kelian State Park is a semi-decidous forest, a rare find in Malaysia. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted with the many forest tracks here. Wang Burma is a cave in this park.
