The Malaysian Youth Museum is housed in the former General Post Office of Malacca. It was officially declared open by the then Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, on April 15, 1992. This museum is dedicated to the youth in the country for their contribution. The present museum itself does not offer much of interest to tourists. Unfortunately, not much is available about the building itself.
