Eu Tong Sen Street is a major street in the Chinatown part of downtown Singapore. It parallels New Bridge Road, each carrying traffic in a different direction. Eu Tong Sen Street, located to the west, brings traffic northwards, or to be exact, northeastwards.

 Eu Tong Sen Street starts at the intersection with Neil Road, where it continues from Kampong Bahru Road. Along the way, it intersects with Outram Road, Upper Cross Street, Havelock Road / Upper Pickering Street, and Merchant Road / North Canal Road. It also forms junctions with Pearl's Hill Terrace, Park Crescent, Havelock Square, Tew Chew Street and Ellenborough Street. Eu Tong Sen Street crosses the Singapore River on Coleman Bridge to end at the intersection with River Valley Road / North Boat Quay.

Eu Tong Sen Street was named after the miner Eu Tong Sen (1877-1941), who was born in the city of Foshan in Guangdong, China. He immigrated to Penang, from where he worked his way up as a grocery shop assistant. He was involved in several different businesses including opium farming, alcohol, pawn broking and gambling, but made most of his fortune from tin mining and from establishing his Chinese medical hall, Eu Yan Sang, which now has branches across Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. His residence in Kuala Lumpur is today the Malaysia Tourism Centre.

Eu Tong Sen Street is served by the Chinatown MRT Station (NE4) and Clarke Quay MRT Station (NE5) on the North East Line.
