 Expo MRT Station (CG1), Singapore
The Expo MRT Station (CG1) is an above ground station opened in 2001. It is an extended fork from the East West Line to serve Changi Airport. It is located between the Changi Airport MRT Station and Tanah Merah MRT Station.
The station was designed by the famous architect Sir Norman Foster, and employed the use of titanium, steel and glass in its design. This station becames very busy whenever there is an event at the Singapore Expo.
