Fort Canning Tunnel, or simply FCT, is a road tunnel in downtown Singapore. It delivers Stamford Road after the intersection with Hill Street and Victoria Street under the Fort Canning hill to connect with Orchard Road and Penang Road.

Fort Canning Tunnel was constructed in 2006 at a cost of S$34 million. It is 500 meters in length and has three vehicular lanes in a single direction. The tunnel was constructed to allow traffic to bypass several traffic junctions in reaching the Orchard Road shopping area.
