Grange Road, Singapore

Grange Road is a minor road in the Orchard Road area of Singapore. It runs from Orchard Road to Tanglin Road, but due to repeated redevelopment of the road, it has today been broken up into several sections.
The first section of Grange Road runs from the intersection with Orchard Road, across from Cairnhill Road, until the intersection with Orchard Link and Orchard Boulevard. Along the way, it forms junctions with Somerset Road and Devonshire Road.

The second section begins at the Orchard Link and Orchard Boulevard intersection. To continue on Grange Road, you need to make a left turn. This section continues to the intersection with Paterson Hill, Irwell Bank Road and Hoot Kiam Road. Along the way, it forms a junction with Leonie Hill Road.
The third section starts from the Paterson Hill / Irwell Bank Road / Hoot Kiam Road intersection, and ends at the intersection with Tanglin Road, where it continues as Napier Road. Along this section it forms junctions with Chatsworth Road, Rochalie Drive, Cuscaden Road and Grange Garden.

As with Killiney Road, Grange Road was also named after a property belonging to Dr Thomas Oxley. In this case, it was Grange House. In the beginning, the road was just a country path through the Oxley Estate, but by 1866, it was made a public road.
