ION Orchard houses 400 retail outlets of which 60% are flagship stores, new concept stores. Together, the flagship stores occupy almost 50,000 sq ft of the lettable area. The anchor tenant is ThreeSixty, a Hong Kong supermarket making its debut in Singapore.

The most outstanding feature of ION Orchard is its Media Façade, a multi-sensory canvas media wall that encases the mall. In addition to ION Orchard, the development also includes a residential development. Called The Orchard Residences, it is 218 meters and 56 storeys tall, making it the tallest residential skyscraper along Orchard Road.
