 Jurong East MRT Station (EW24/NS1), Singapore
Jurong East MRT Station is an above ground station in Jurong. Opened in 1988, it is one of the older Singapore MRT stations. The station is near the National University of Singapore as well as the Clementi residential neighbourhood.

The Jurong East MRT Station serves as the interchange between the East West Line and the North South Line. On the East West Line, it is between the Clementi MRT Station (EW23) to the east and Chinese Garden MRT Station (EW25) to the west. On the North South Line, it is the first station on the line. The next station after it is the Bukit Batok MRT Station (NS2).
