Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC) is a massive multi-phase skyscraper project taking shape in Marina Bay, in the New Downtown of Singapore. According to Mr Lee Hsien Loong, the Prime Minister of Singapore, "the centrepiece of the redevelopment of the city is Marina Bay", and Marine Bay Financial Centre stands at its heart. In terms of gross floor area, it is the biggest construction project in Singapore to date.

Marine Bay Financial Centre comprises four skyscrapers, namely Office Towers I, II & III, and Marina Bay Residences. The four skyscrapers will occupy a new city block bordered by Marina Boulevard, Marina Way and Central Boulevard, next door to The Sail @ Marina Bay and One Raffles Quay farther down the road, all of which will be linked by the Marina Bay Link Mall, a retail subterranean pedestrian link connected to Raffles Place MRT Station and the future Downtown MRT Station.

MBFC Tower I is a 33 storey skyscraper with 620,000 sq ft of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 21,000 sq ft. It is developed in Phase One. MBFC Tower II is a 50 storey skyscraper with a million square feet of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 25,000 sq ft, also developed in Phase One.

MBFC Tower III is a 46 storey skyscraper with 1.3 million sq ft of prime Grade A office space, on a plot area of 29,000 sq ft. It will be developed in Phase Two, and when completed in 2012, will be the biggest office tower in Singapore. Also planeed for MBFC Tower III is a 45,000 sq ft trading floor that may house the Singapore stock exchange.

In addition to the three office blocks will be two residential developments, Marina Bay Residences and Marina Bay Suites, both planned to provide luxurious living for affluent residents.
