One Marina Boulevard is a 32-storey skyscraper in the Central Business District of Singapore. It is located at the corner of Collyer Quay and Marina Boulevard, across from One Raffles Quay.
One Marine Boulevard occupies a plot of land measuring 11,366.9 sq meters that was reclaimed as part of the Marina Bay project, which will create the New Downtown of Singapore. An anchor tenant of One Marina Boulevard is the National Trades Union Congress, or NTUC, which occupies the 11th to the 14th floor of the building, giving it naming rights. As a result, One Marina Boulevard is also known as NTUC Centre.
How to reach One Marina Boulevard
Take the North South Line or the East West Line of the Singapore MRT to the Raffles Place MRT Station. In the future, the nearest station will be the Downtown MRT Station for the new Downtown Line.
