Sentosa Express is a 2.1-kilometer monorail line connecting Sentosa Island and its various locations to HarbourFront Centre on the Singapore mainland. The line was built at a cost of S$140 million and was completed in December, 2006. The line opened with three stations on 15 January, 2007, with the fourth and presently final station, Waterfront, opening on 1 February, 2010.

The Sentosa Express can carry up to 4,000 passengers per hour on each direction. The line comprises dual tracks enabling two trains to pass in opposing directions.
