Universal Studios Singapore is a theme park which is part of Resorts World Singapore. Construction of the theme park began along with the rest of the resort on 19 April, 2007. Wjem ot was opened on 18 March, 2010, only a selection of the attractions were ready, with the rest expected to be completed in 2010 and later.
Universal Studios Singapore is the first Universal Studios theme park in Southeast Asia, and the second in Asia. It covers an area of 20 hectares (49 acres), on the easternmost part of the 49-hectare Resorts World Sentosa.

Universal Studios Singapore has 24 attractions. Of these, 18 are original or adapted for the park. The part is divided into seven themed zones surrounding a lagoon. Each zone is based on a blockbuster movie or television show. Among the attractions is the world's tallest dueling roller coaster for the Battlestar Galactica zone, a castle from the movie Shrek and Monster Rock, and live musicals from the Universal Monsters. There is also a Hollywood zone, which recreates the look and feel of Hollywood Boulevard. Other zones include New York, Sci-Fi City, Ancient Egypt, The Lost World, Madagascar, and Far, Far Away.
How to reach Universal Studios Singapore
The One-Day Weekday Pass is S$66 per adult and S$48 per child. The Weekend Pass is S$72 per adult and S$52 per child. Also available are passes for seniors (aged 65 and above), two-day passes, annual passes, and superstar passes. In addition, there is the Universal Express pass which has a shorter wait line for each attraction.
