Rising 88 storeys from Pratunam district to dominate the Bangkok skyline, the Baiyoke Sky Tower is the tallest tower in Thailand and the tallest hotel in the world. It is located at 222 Ratchaprarop Road, Bangkok. Visitors may visit the Sky Buffet at the 76th floor. There is also an Observation Deck on the 77th Floor and Revolving Roof Deck on the 84th floor.
Baiyoke Sky Tower
The Baiyoke Tower II was opened in 1998. With a height of 309 metres, its total floor area is equivalent to 30 football fields. It has 1740 window panes, enough for 200 townhouses. There are 2060 steps to reach the top, taking an average person over an hour. There is a hefty admission fee to the deck, which is 120 Baht for adults and 60 Baht for children. It is opened from Monday to Friday, from 10:30am - 10pm, and on weekends and holidays from 9:30am - 10pm.
