 Chaloem Rattanakosin National Park, Kanchanaburi
Chaloem Rattanakosin National Park is the smallest national park in Kanchanaburi Province. Designated a national park in February 1980, it was the 17th in Thailand. Also written as Chalerm Rattanakosin National Park, it covers an area of just 59 square kilometers.
Chaloem Rattanakosin National Park features dense forest with some karst outcrops. There are a few waterfalls here as well as caves, such as the Tham Than Lot Cave.
How to reach Chaloem Rattanakosin National Park
From Kanchanaburi town, take Highway 323 followed by Route 3086 in the direction of Ban Nong Prue. Just before Ban Nong Prue, turn west in the direction of Than Lod.
