Erawan Museum is a landmark museum in Samut Prakan, Thailand. It is housed in a three-storey cylindrical building topped with a giant statue of Erawan, the three-headed elephant. The museum is a brainchild of Mr Lek Viriyapant, the eccentric Thai millionaire who also built the Ancient City and Sanctuary of Truth.

Mr Viriyapant wanted to preserve his collection of priceless Thai art object, many of which regarded as sacred. By having the museum built, he could have the objects displayed, and at the same time, prevent them from being taken out of the country.

The three levels of the Erawan Museum corresponds with the Hindu-Thai Buddhist concept of the three tier cosmology. The basement level, representing the underworld, has displays of rare artifacts as well as details on the construction of the Erawan Museum.

The middle level, representing the Human World, displays a blend of eastern and western art. The highlight of this level is the beautiful stained glass ceiling showing the world map and the zodiac, created by German artist Jacob Schwarzkopf.

A sweeping flight of stairs leads to the mezzanine level, where there's a shrine to the Avalokiteshvara.
