Ley Cave, Trang
Ley Cave, also written Le Khao Kop Cave, Lay Cave, or simply Le Cave, is located about 7 kilometers from the district office of Trang on Phetchakasem Road. It is one of the sights in Trang that now drawing more and more visitors. The reason is, the cave is quite easy to enter, since there are guided tours by boat. A subterranean stream flows through the cave. Stalactites and stalagmites line the cave for about 4 kilometers.
An exciting aspect about Le Cave is the low ceiling. Often, the ceiling is so low that everybody entering the cave needs to lie down flat in the boat in order to pass through. At the same time, it is thrilling to watch stalactites coming almost to one's face.
