Siriphum Waterfall

Siriphum Waterfall is a major waterfall in the Doi Inthanon National Park. It was originally known as the Lao Lee Waterfall, after the name of a hilltribe village headman. The waterfall was renamed Siriphum in honor of Their Majesties Queen Sirikit and King Bhumibol, by Jakthong Thongyai, the former Minister of Agriculture and Cooperatives.

One of the problems I had is that I couldn't remember the name of the waterfall after I visited it. I had to go into the Internet, and match photos I have taken of it with those on the Net to determine which waterfall it was that I visited.

Getting there

Siriphum Waterfall is near km 31 of the road that goes from Chom Thong to Doi Inthanon.
