Wat Cheitta is a small Buddhist temple in the Chiang Mai Old City. It has a round-shaped chedi of the style from 15th Century Chiang Mai. Its decorative moldings are similar to those of Wat Phra Boromathat Doi Suthep.
Nothing much is known about this temple except its name which is related to King Chaicheitta of Luang Prabang who ruled Chiang Mai in the 15th Century. I discovered this temple when I was Old City of Chiang Mai with some members of AsiaExplorers.
